It looks like I still have 100% credit on Steam so that is either grandfathered in or they did not update the steam achievements. They increased the number of achievements to 60 in this update, and if you have already achieved the terms of completing them, you will be able to claim their awards at your next login. I have been grinding on these achievements casually since I found the game back in 2019, and I finally unlocked all 38 achievements on Jan 7th, 2022 with casual game play.
